Product availability may change as orders are received and inventory is updated. Displaying a product does not guarantee that it will remain available until an order is accepted.

Prices, applicable shipping charges, and any applicable taxes will be presented during the shopping or checkout process as required by law. The standard shipping charge is $12.59 for orders totaling less than $124.67. Orders totaling $124.67 or more qualify for free shipping, subject to applicable order and delivery conditions.

If a product is unavailable, a material listing error is discovered, or a pricing error occurs, we may need to contact you to clarify the situation, correct the information, or cancel an affected order where legally permitted. If an order is canceled and payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

We will not use an error in product information or pricing as a basis to disregard rights that consumers have under applicable law.

Orders and Payments

When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products under the terms presented during checkout. Submission of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Orders are shipped through UPS.

Shipping charges

Orders totaling $124.67 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders totaling less than $124.67 are subject to a shipping charge of $12.59.

Order processing

The estimated order processing time is 1–3 days. Processing includes activities required to prepare an order for shipment and is separate from the time the carrier takes to transport the package.

Transit time

After shipment, the estimated transit time is 6–9 days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances.

The processing and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We will not describe an estimated delivery window as an unconditional promise of arrival by a particular date.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address information may affect delivery. If a delivery problem occurs, contact us so that we can review the available information and help identify an appropriate next step.

Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, tracking and delivery information may be provided through the available shipping service. Carrier records may assist in investigating delayed, missing, or incorrectly delivered packages.

Nothing in this section limits any delivery, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and relevant details.

Orders not yet shipped

You may request cancellation before an order has been shipped. Where the order qualifies for cancellation under the applicable order rules, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued if payment has been collected.

A cancellation request is not necessarily effective until it has been confirmed. Because order preparation can progress quickly, we cannot guarantee that every request will be received before shipment.

Orders already shipped

An order that has already been shipped generally cannot be canceled directly. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with the applicable return conditions described in these Terms.

These operational rules do not override any cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right that applicable law grants to you. Where the law requires a different result, the legal requirement will apply.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Voluntary returns

You may request a voluntary return within 40 days after delivery, subject to the applicable return conditions and any mandatory rights under law.

Products should be returned in reasonable condition. Original components, hardware, accessories, and packaging should be included where reasonably available. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders

Return shipping

Where a return is approved, an electronic return shipping label may be provided for you to download and print.

For ordinary voluntary returns, reasonable return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law and adequately disclosed. This does not apply where applicable law requires us to bear those costs.

Refund processing

These timeframes are estimates for ordinary returns and do not override any shorter deadline imposed by applicable law. A refund initiation notice does not necessarily mean the funds have already appeared in your account.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges solely because a customer changes their preference. Where appropriate, you may request a return under the applicable return conditions and place a separate order for another item. This does not limit any statutory remedy available for defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming goods.
